Thomas Anders taking part in the Classic Musical Festival in Berlin

On August 8 – 24, 2003 the 4th Summer Festival of European classical music "Young Euro Classic" took place in Berlin. The different orchestras from the whole Europe, composed of young musicians, usually perform their skills there.

Each orchestra, participating in festival, has its own so-called "patron" among famous people. These patrons are the well-known actors, TV-presenters and politicians. They give their names to orchestras according to their choice. Before each performance this patron introduces his own point of view concerning the unification of Europe or introduces the guest country of the party.

On August, 17 in Gendarmenmarkt concert hall in Berlin Thomas Anders greeted and introduced the Romanian Orchestra of the Musical University from Bucharest.

In the beginning Thomas introduced a very emotional speech concerning the situation in Romania and underlined the importance of helping young talents.
